픽셀RPG 이용약관 및 지원

1. 서비스와 테스트 범위
픽셀RPG는 개발 중인 게임입니다. 현재 비공개 테스트에서는 픽셀 월드에서 캐릭터를 조이스틱으로 이동하고 지형·장애물 충돌을 확인할 수 있습니다. 전투, 퀘스트, 계정, 저장·동기화, 광고 및 인앱결제는 제공하지 않습니다. 스토어 화면과 기능은 개발 과정에서 변경될 수 있습니다. 현재 테스트는 무료이며, 별도의 결제 동작 없이 비용이 청구되지 않습니다.
2. 이용 대상 및 이용 방법
테스트는 16세 이상 이용자를 대상으로 합니다. 미성년자는 적용 법령과 보호자 지침을 따르세요. 앱은 생년월일을 수집하거나 나이를 직접 확인하지 않습니다. 왼쪽 아래 조이스틱을 누르고 움직이면 캐릭터가 이동하며 손을 떼면 멈춥니다. 종료 후 다시 실행하면 시작 위치로 돌아갑니다. 정책 링크는 외부 브라우저로 열립니다.
3. 이용자의 준수사항과 권리
앱과 구매 라이선스에 따라 사용한 그래픽 등의 권리는 운영자 또는 각 권리자에게 있습니다. 이용자는 제공된 앱을 개인적인 테스트·게임 이용 목적으로 사용할 수 있습니다. 법령상 허용되는 경우를 제외하고 앱 또는 에셋을 무단 복제·재판매·재배포하거나, 다른 이용자의 권리 침해 및 서비스 운영을 방해하는 행위를 해서는 안 됩니다. 이 약관은 관련 법령이 보장하는 권리를 제한하지 않습니다.
4. 향후 광고와 인앱결제
향후 Google AdMob 광고와 인앱결제를 도입할 수 있으나 현재 빌드에는 포함되지 않습니다. 도입 전에 앱과 스토어에 광고 포함 여부, 유료 상품의 내용·가격·제공 기간·결제 조건을 명확히 표시하고 필요한 개인정보 안내와 동의를 제공합니다. 아직 제공되지 않는 기능이나 상품의 구매를 요구하지 않습니다.
인앱결제 도입 시 결제는 해당 앱 스토어를 통해 이용자가 명시적으로 확인한 후 이루어집니다. 청약철회·환불·복원은 적용 법령과 해당 스토어의 정책, 상품별 안내에 따르며 법정 소비자 권리를 배제하지 않습니다. 구독을 도입하는 경우 갱신 주기·요금·취소 방법을 구매 전에 안내합니다. 문의 시 주문번호 등 필요한 최소 정보만 제공하고 카드번호·비밀번호는 보내지 마세요.
5. 변경·중단 및 테스트 데이터
테스트 과정에서 기능·콘텐츠가 변경되거나 서비스가 일시 중단될 수 있습니다. 현재 진행 상태는 저장되지 않으며 정식 버전으로 이전되는 기록·보상은 없습니다. 중요한 변경은 앱, 스토어 또는 이 페이지를 통해 안내합니다. 운영자는 안정적인 이용을 위해 노력하며 고의·중대한 과실 등 법령상 부담하는 책임을 면제하지 않습니다.
6. 개인정보 및 약관 변경
정보 처리는 픽셀RPG 개인정보처리방침에 따릅니다. 향후 데이터 처리나 약관을 변경하면 수정일과 변경 내용을 안내하고, 별도 고지·동의가 필요한 경우 그 절차를 따릅니다.
7. 오류 신고·지원·분쟁
앱을 완전히 종료한 뒤 다시 실행하고 최신 버전을 확인하세요. 문제가 계속되면 alghost.lee@gmail.com으로 앱 버전, 기기·운영체제, 재현 순서와 오류 화면을 보내주세요. 스크린샷의 개인정보는 가려 주세요. 운영자는 문의를 확인해 답변하고 해결을 위해 협의합니다. 분쟁에는 적용되는 법령과 관할 규정을 따르며 이용자의 법정 권리를 제한하지 않습니다.

Prototype service
This free closed-test prototype lets you move a character through a pixel world and check movement and obstacle collisions. Combat, quests, accounts, saved progress, cloud synchronization, advertisements and in-app purchases are not available. Content and store materials may change during development. The current test charges no fees.
Audience and use
The test is intended for ages 16 and older. Minors must follow applicable law and guardian guidance. The app does not collect dates of birth or verify age. Drag the lower-left joystick to move and release it to stop. Restarting resets the position. Policy links open an external browser. Use the app for personal testing and gameplay; do not unlawfully redistribute the app or its licensed assets, infringe others’ rights or disrupt the service. Rights granted by law remain unaffected.
Future ads and purchases
AdMob and in-app purchases may be introduced later but are absent from the current build. Before activation, ads disclosures, product details, prices, duration, payment conditions and required privacy notices/consent will be provided. Purchases would require your explicit confirmation through the app store. Refunds, cancellation and restoration follow applicable law, store policies and product terms without excluding statutory consumer rights. If subscriptions are introduced, renewal and cancellation terms will be shown before purchase. Never send card numbers or passwords to support.
Changes and support
Test features may change or become temporarily unavailable. There is no saved progress or promised transfer of test rewards to a future release. Material changes will be announced in the app, store or this page. The Operator does not exclude liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for intentional or grossly negligent conduct where applicable. Information handling is described in the Privacy Policy. Required notices and consent will accompany material changes.
For problems, restart and check for updates, then email the app version, device/OS, reproduction steps and a screenshot with personal information hidden. We will review the issue and work toward resolution. Applicable law and jurisdiction govern disputes without limiting statutory rights.
