픽셀RPG 개인정보처리방침

운영자 이태화(해피스트 / Alghost)는 픽셀RPG(com.alghost.pixelrpg)의 개인정보 처리 방식을 안내합니다. 개인정보 담당 및 문의: alghost.lee@gmail.com.
1. 현재 비공개 테스트 버전
현재 앱은 작은 픽셀 월드에서 캐릭터를 조이스틱으로 움직이는 무료 이동 테스트 게임입니다. 회원가입, 로그인, 계정, 채팅, 클라우드 저장, 자체 분석, 광고 SDK 및 인앱결제 기능이 없습니다. 앱은 게임 이용자의 개인정보를 수집하거나 운영자 서버 또는 광고 사업자에게 전송하지 않습니다. 게임 진행 상태는 실행 중 메모리에서 처리되며 재실행하면 초기화됩니다. 엔진이 생성하는 로컬 캐시·로그는 기기에 남을 수 있으나 앱에서 전송하지 않습니다.
연락처, 사진, 카메라, 마이크, 정밀 위치, 광고 ID 접근 권한을 요구하지 않습니다. Google Play 등 플랫폼 자체의 설치·구매·진단 정보 처리는 해당 플랫폼 정책과 이용자의 설정을 따릅니다.
2. 문의와 피드백
이메일로 문의하거나 의견을 보내면 이메일 주소, 문의 내용, 자발적으로 제공한 기기·앱 버전 및 스크린샷을 답변과 오류 해결 목적으로 처리합니다. 비밀번호·카드번호 등 불필요한 정보는 보내지 마세요. 일반 문의 기록은 처리 완료 후 90일 이내에 삭제합니다. 법령 또는 분쟁 대응으로 추가 보관이 필요한 경우 해당 목적과 필요한 기간으로 제한합니다. 문의 정보는 Gmail을 통해 관리되며 Google이 메일 서비스 제공을 위해 처리할 수 있습니다.
3. 향후 광고 도입 계획 — 현재 미적용
향후 Google AdMob 및 광고 동의를 위한 UMP를 도입할 수 있습니다. 현재 테스트 빌드에는 해당 SDK가 없으며 광고 데이터 처리를 하지 않습니다. 실제 도입 전에 방침과 스토어 데이터 보안 정보를 갱신하고 필요한 고지·동의 및 선택 변경 기능을 제공하겠습니다. 이 안내 자체는 향후 광고 데이터 처리에 대한 동의가 아닙니다.
AdMob이 도입되면 SDK 버전·설정·지역·동의에 따라 IP 주소와 추정 지역, 기기·앱 식별자, 광고 노출·클릭 등 상호작용, 진단·성능 정보, 동의 상태를 광고 제공·측정·부정행위 방지 등에 처리할 수 있습니다. 정확한 항목, 제공자, 보유 기준과 국외 처리 정보는 실제 도입 시 안내합니다. 참고: Google 개인정보처리방침, AdMob 데이터 공개 안내.
4. 향후 인앱결제 계획 — 현재 미적용
현재 유료 상품·구독·결제 기능은 없습니다. 도입 시 결제는 해당 앱 스토어가 처리하고, 구매 확인·복원에 필요한 상품·거래·구매 권한 정보의 처리 및 보유 방식을 사전에 안내합니다. 운영자는 카드번호 등 결제수단 정보를 직접 입력받지 않습니다. 스토어 거래 기록은 해당 스토어의 정책과 법령에 따르며 앱 삭제만으로 삭제되지 않을 수 있습니다.
5. 삭제 요청과 이용자의 권리
앱 계정이 없어 계정 삭제 절차는 없습니다. 기기 내 앱 데이터는 운영체제의 앱 데이터 삭제 또는 앱 삭제 기능으로 지울 수 있습니다. 백업에 남은 데이터는 플랫폼의 백업 설정에서 관리하세요. 운영자가 보유한 문의 이메일·첨부파일에 대한 열람·정정·삭제·처리 제한 요청은 alghost.lee@gmail.com으로 제목에 “픽셀RPG 데이터 삭제 요청”을 적고 대상 문의를 알려주세요. 본인 확인에 필요한 최소한의 정보를 확인한 뒤 관련 법령에 따라 처리하며 보관 의무가 있는 경우 사유를 안내합니다.
6. 이용 대상 및 보호 조치
현재 테스트는 16세 이상 이용자를 대상으로 하며 16세 미만을 대상으로 설계하거나 홍보하지 않습니다. 생년월일 수집이나 나이 확인 기능은 없습니다. 스토어 등급 및 보호자 통제 설정을 확인하세요. 16세 미만의 개인정보가 문의를 통해 제공된 사실을 알게 되면 필요한 지원과 법령상 의무 이외의 정보는 삭제합니다.
운영자는 문의 정보 접근을 필요한 범위로 제한합니다. Gmail 등 외부 서비스를 통한 문의 정보는 Google LLC(미국) 및 서비스 운영 국가에서 처리될 수 있으며 해당 제공자의 정책·보호 조치가 적용됩니다. 문의 처리는 이용자가 요청한 지원 제공과 문제 해결을 위해 필요한 범위에서, 동의가 필요한 경우 동의에 근거해 수행합니다.
7. 외부 웹사이트와 변경 안내
앱에서 약관·방침 링크를 누르면 외부 브라우저가 열립니다. 웹 방문 시 서버 로그·쿠키 등이 별도로 처리될 수 있으며 앱의 데이터 처리와 구분됩니다. 기능이나 처리 방식이 바뀌면 이 페이지의 시행일과 수정일을 갱신하고 필요한 고지·동의를 진행합니다.

Current closed-test app
This free prototype lets you move a character through a small pixel world. It has no accounts, login, chat, cloud saves, analytics service, advertising SDK or in-app purchases. The app does not collect or transmit players’ personal information to the Operator or advertising providers. Game state resets on restart. Engine caches or logs may remain locally but are not sent by the app. No contact, photo, camera, microphone, precise-location or advertising-ID access is requested. Platform-level installation and diagnostics are governed by the platform’s policies and your settings.
Support information
If you email us, we process your address, message and voluntarily supplied device/app details or screenshots to respond and resolve issues. Do not send passwords or payment details. Routine support records are deleted within 90 days after resolution; records required by law or disputes are retained only for the necessary purpose and period. Gmail and Google may process these emails, including outside your country, under their service policies. Access is limited to what is needed to provide support.
Planned advertising and purchases — not active
AdMob/UMP and store purchases may be added later. They are not included in the current build. Before activation, this policy and store disclosures will be updated and required notices, consent and controls provided. This notice is not consent to future processing. Depending on implementation, AdMob may process IP/approximate location, identifiers, ad interactions, diagnostics and consent status for ads, measurement and fraud prevention. See Google Privacy Policy and AdMob data guidance. Future purchases would be processed by the app store; product, transaction and entitlement handling will be disclosed before launch. We do not directly request card details. Store transaction retention follows store policies and applicable law.
Deletion, rights and audience
No app account exists. Use your operating system’s clear-data or delete-app controls for local files and manage backups separately. Email us with “PixelRPG data deletion” and identify the support records you want deleted. You may request access, correction, deletion or processing restrictions under applicable law. We use only the information necessary to verify and handle your request and explain any legal retention requirement. The test is intended for ages 16 and older; the app does not collect dates of birth or verify age. If we learn that a child under 16 sent personal information, we delete information not needed for support or legal obligations.
External pages and changes
Policy links open an external browser. Website cookies and access logs are separate from app processing. We will update this page and provide any required notices or consent when practices change. Terms and support.
