에볼윙 (Evolwing) 이용약관

1. 적용 범위와 이용 대상
본 약관은 에볼윙(com.alghost.evolwing)의 게임 및 관련 지원 서비스 이용에 적용됩니다. 에볼윙은 18세 이상을 대상으로 하는 슈팅 RPG입니다. 서비스 대상 연령은 스토어의 콘텐츠 등급과 별개입니다. 적용 법령의 강행규정에 따른 이용자의 권리는 이 약관으로 제한되지 않습니다.
2. 현재 테스트 서비스
현재 Android 비공개 테스트 버전은 게스트 플레이를 제공합니다. 소셜 로그인, 계정 생성, 클라우드 백업 및 현금 결제는 제공하지 않습니다. 화면에 준비 중인 기능이나 상품 안내가 있더라도 실제 제공·구매가 가능한 것은 아닙니다. 테스트 중 오류가 발생하거나 콘텐츠, 난이도, 보상 및 제공 일정이 변경될 수 있습니다. 이용에 중요한 변경이나 테스트 종료는 가능한 범위에서 사전에 안내합니다.
3. 진행 기록과 이용 환경
진행 기록은 이용 기기의 앱 저장 공간에 보관됩니다. 앱 삭제, 데이터 초기화, 기기 분실·변경 또는 저장 장치 장애 시 기록을 복구하지 못할 수 있습니다. 현재 기기 간 진행 이전이나 서버 복원은 제공하지 않습니다. 일일 보상 등 시간에 따른 기능은 인터넷을 통한 서버 시각 확인이 필요하며 광고도 네트워크 환경과 광고 제공 상태에 따라 이용이 제한될 수 있습니다.
4. 광고와 게임 내 재화
보상 광고는 이용자가 선택하여 시청합니다. 정상 완료 확인 시 해당 화면에 안내된 게임 내 보상을 제공합니다. 광고 로드 실패, 중도 종료 또는 완료 확인 실패 시 보상이 지급되지 않을 수 있으며 문제가 있으면 문의할 수 있습니다. 게임 내 재화·장비는 게임에서 사용하는 가상 항목으로 현금 환전이나 이용자 간 판매·양도를 제공하지 않습니다. 현재 현금 결제 및 유료 구독은 없으며 유료 기능 도입 시 가격, 구매·환불 조건과 관련 개인정보 처리를 별도로 안내합니다.
5. 이용자 준수사항
서비스나 타인의 권리를 침해하는 행위, 악성코드·공격, 부정한 광고 트래픽 생성, 상업적 무단 복제·배포, 오류·변조를 이용한 부정한 이득 취득을 해서는 안 됩니다. 위반에 대한 제한은 사유와 정도에 비례하여 필요한 범위에서 적용하며, 법령상 또는 보안상 불가능한 경우를 제외하고 사유와 이의 제기 방법을 안내합니다.
6. 지식재산권
게임의 코드, 이미지, 음악 및 콘텐츠에 대한 권리는 운영자 또는 정당한 권리자에게 있습니다. 이용자는 개인적인 게임 이용을 위해 앱을 사용할 수 있습니다. 제3자 구성요소에는 각각의 라이선스가 적용됩니다. 관련 법령이 허용하는 이용을 이 약관으로 금지하지 않습니다.
7. 서비스 변경·중단과 책임
점검, 장애, 보안 대응, 플랫폼 정책 또는 운영상 사유로 서비스가 변경·중단될 수 있습니다. 운영자는 문제 해결과 안내를 위해 합리적으로 노력합니다. 운영자의 고의·과실로 발생한 손해는 관련 법령에 따라 처리하며, 이 약관은 법령상 배제할 수 없는 책임이나 소비자 권리를 면제하지 않습니다.
8. 개인정보와 문의
정보 처리, 보유 및 삭제 요청은 에볼윙 개인정보처리방침을 따릅니다. 오류나 약관 관련 문의는 alghost.lee@gmail.com으로 보내주세요. 앱 버전, 기기와 재현 방법을 알려주시면 확인에 도움이 됩니다. 비밀번호나 인증코드는 보내지 마세요.
9. 약관 변경과 분쟁
약관이 바뀌면 이 페이지에 적용일과 내용을 안내하고, 이용자에게 중대한 영향을 주는 변경은 적용 전에 별도로 알리는 등 관련 법령의 절차를 따릅니다. 분쟁은 먼저 문의를 통해 해결을 시도하며 해결되지 않는 경우 적용 법령과 법률상 관할에 따릅니다. 이용자에게 적용되는 강행적 소비자 보호를 배제하지 않습니다.

Scope and test features
These terms apply to Evolwing (com.alghost.evolwing) and related support. This shooting RPG is intended for adults aged 18 and older; this is separate from store content ratings. Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.
The current Android closed-test version provides guest play. Account registration, social sign-in, cloud backup, real-money purchases and paid subscriptions are not available. Previews or coming-soon notices do not mean a feature can currently be used or purchased. During testing, errors may occur and content, balancing, rewards and schedules may change. We aim to give advance notice of significant changes or test closure where practical.
Progress, ads and virtual items
Progress is stored locally. Uninstalling, clearing data, device loss/replacement or storage failure may cause unrecoverable loss. Cross-device transfer and server restoration are not currently provided. Time-based features require an internet server-time check. Ad availability depends on connectivity and providers.
Rewarded ads are optional. The advertised in-game reward is granted after successful completion is confirmed. Failed loads, early dismissal or failed confirmation may prevent a reward; contact support if there is a problem. Virtual currency and equipment are for in-game use, without cash redemption or player-to-player sale/transfer. Before enabling paid features, we will disclose pricing, purchase/refund conditions and relevant data processing.
Acceptable use and intellectual property
Do not infringe others’ rights, attack the service, distribute malware, generate fraudulent ad traffic, commercially reproduce/distribute content without permission, or exploit errors or tampering for improper benefits. Restrictions should be proportionate, with reasons and an appeal route unless legally or operationally prevented for security reasons. Game assets and code belong to the Operator or their lawful owners; third-party components retain their own licenses. Personal gameplay is permitted, and rights allowed by law remain unaffected.
Changes, responsibility and contact
Maintenance, outages, security issues, platform policies or operational reasons may change or interrupt the service. We make reasonable efforts to resolve problems and provide notice. Liability for intentional or negligent acts follows applicable law; these terms do not waive non-excludable liability or consumer rights.
Information handling and deletion requests are described in the Privacy Policy. Send questions or bug reports to the contact above with the app version, device and reproduction steps, without passwords or verification codes. Changes to these terms will include effective dates and any advance notice or other procedure required by law. We first seek to resolve disputes through support, then through applicable law and lawful jurisdiction, without excluding mandatory consumer protections.
