운영자 이태화(Alghost)는 씨앗의 항로(Seedwake, Android 패키지 com.alghost.carddeck)의 개인정보 처리에 관해 다음과 같이 안내합니다. 본 방침은 앱에 적용되며, 정책 웹사이트 자체의 쿠키와 방문 기록에는 웹사이트의 별도 개인정보 안내가 적용됩니다.

1. 앱에서 수집·전송하는 정보
현재 버전은 회원가입, 로그인, 광고, 인앱결제, 자체 분석·추적 SDK, 서버 동기화 기능을 사용하지 않습니다. 게임 진행 기록이나 기기 식별자를 운영자의 서버 또는 광고·분석 사업자에게 전송하지 않습니다. 연락처, 사진 보관함, 카메라, 마이크, 위치정보에 대한 접근을 요구하지 않습니다.
2. 기기에 저장되는 정보
여행의 진행 상태, 덱과 카드, 보물, 물약, 게임 내 자원, 전투 상태 등 이어하기에 필요한 게임 기록과 음량·소리·움직임 줄이기 설정을 앱 전용 저장 공간에 저장합니다. 게임 내 자원은 현금이나 결제수단이 아닙니다. 저장 정보는 게임 진행 복원과 설정 적용에만 사용하며 운영자가 원격으로 열람하지 않습니다. 앱 자체의 계정·클라우드 저장 또는 기기 간 이전 기능은 없습니다. 운영체제의 백업·복원이 이루어지는 경우 해당 플랫폼의 설정과 정책에 따릅니다.
3. 이용자가 문의할 때 제공하는 정보
이메일로 문의하면 이메일 주소, 문의 내용과 자발적으로 첨부한 앱 버전·기기 정보·스크린샷을 답변 및 문제 해결에 필요한 범위에서 처리합니다. 문의와 관계없는 개인정보, 비밀번호 또는 결제정보는 보내지 마세요. 문의 기록은 처리 완료 후 90일 이내 삭제하며, 법령상 보관 의무 또는 분쟁 처리가 필요한 경우 해당 목적과 필요한 기간에 한해 보관합니다.
문의는 Gmail을 통해 수신·관리됩니다. Google LLC(미국) 및 서비스 제공 법인이 메일 서비스 제공을 위해 정보를 처리할 수 있고, 이용자가 거주하는 국가 밖에서 처리될 수 있습니다. 관련 보호 조치와 서비스 운영 방식은 Google 개인정보처리방침을 참고하세요. 운영자는 문의 정보에 대한 접근을 필요한 범위로 제한하며 판매하거나 광고 목적으로 제공하지 않습니다. 법령상 요구되는 경우를 제외하고 문의 대응 목적 밖으로 제공하지 않습니다.
4. 보유 기간과 삭제 방법
기기 내 기록은 앱 데이터를 유지하는 동안 저장됩니다. Android 설정에서 앱 저장 공간의 데이터 삭제 또는 앱 제거로 삭제할 수 있습니다. iOS에서는 앱 삭제를 이용할 수 있으며 ‘앱 정리하기’는 데이터를 남길 수 있습니다. 기기·운영체제 백업은 해당 백업 설정에서 별도로 관리하세요. 앱 데이터 삭제나 새 여행 시작 시 기존 진행을 복구하지 못할 수 있습니다. 계정이 없으므로 앱 계정 삭제 절차는 없습니다.
운영자가 보유한 문의 이메일·내용·첨부파일의 삭제, 열람, 정정, 처리 제한 등은 alghost.lee@gmail.com으로 요청할 수 있습니다. 제목에 ‘씨앗의 항로 개인정보 요청’을 적고 대상 문의와 요청 범위를 알려주세요. 필요한 최소한의 본인 확인 후 적용 법령에 따라 처리하며, 보관이 필요한 부분이 있으면 이유와 기간을 안내합니다. 기기 내 데이터는 운영자가 원격 삭제하거나 복구할 수 없습니다.
5. 만 13세 이상 이용자와 미성년자 보호
앱은 만 13세 이상을 대상으로 하며 만 13세 미만을 대상으로 설계·홍보하지 않습니다. 생년월일을 수집하거나 나이를 직접 확인하지 않습니다. 스토어 콘텐츠 등급과 보호자 통제 설정을 확인하세요. 아동이 문의를 통해 개인정보를 제공한 사실을 알게 되면 필요한 보호 조치를 취하고, 법령상 보관이 필요한 경우를 제외하고 삭제합니다. 보호자도 위 연락처로 문의할 수 있습니다.
6. 외부 링크와 방침 변경
설정의 이용약관·개인정보처리방침 링크는 외부 브라우저에서 열립니다. 웹사이트 방문 및 앱 배포 플랫폼이 독립적으로 처리하는 정보에는 각 서비스의 정책이 적용됩니다. 앱의 기능이나 정보 처리 방식이 바뀌면 이 페이지의 시행일·수정일과 내용을 갱신하고, 별도 안내나 동의가 필요한 경우 관련 절차를 따릅니다.

App information and local storage
The current app has no registration, login, advertisements, in-app purchases, analytics or tracking SDK, or server synchronization. It does not send game progress or device identifiers to the Operator’s servers or advertising or analytics providers. It does not request access to contacts, photos, camera, microphone, or location.
Journey progress, deck, cards, treasures, potions, in-game resources, battle state, and sound, volume and reduced-motion settings are stored in the app’s local storage to resume play and apply preferences. Game resources are not money or payment instruments. The Operator cannot remotely read these records. There is no app account, built-in cloud save or device-transfer service. Operating system backups, if performed, follow the platform’s settings and policies.
Support information and retention
If you email us, we process your email address, message and any voluntarily provided app version, device details or screenshots to respond and resolve your inquiry. Do not send unrelated personal information, passwords or payment details. Inquiry records are deleted within 90 days after resolution, unless legal obligations or a dispute require limited additional retention for that purpose.
Inquiries are received and managed through Gmail. Google LLC (United States) and its service entities may process information outside your country to provide email services. See the Google Privacy Policy. The Operator restricts access to support records, does not sell them or use them for advertising, and does not disclose them beyond support purposes except as required by law.
Deletion and your rights
Local records remain while you retain app data. Clear app data or uninstall on Android; delete the app on iOS. iOS Offload App may retain data. Manage operating system backups separately. Clearing data or starting a new journey may make prior progress unrecoverable. No app account deletion procedure is needed because there are no app accounts.
Contact the email above with the subject “Seedwake privacy request” to request access, correction, deletion or restriction of support information. Identify the inquiry and scope without sending unnecessary personal data. We respond under applicable law after any necessary minimal verification and explain any required retention. The Operator cannot remotely delete or restore local game records.
Minors, external services and changes
Seedwake is intended for ages 13 and older and is not designed or marketed for children under 13. It does not collect birth dates or directly verify age. Review store content ratings and parental controls. If we learn that a child supplied personal information through support, we take appropriate protective action and delete it unless retention is legally required. Guardians may contact us.
Policy links open in an external browser. Independent processing by websites and app distribution platforms follows their policies. We update this page when app features or information practices change and provide any notice or consent procedure required by law.
