투노그램 개인정보처리방침

이태화(이하 “운영자”)는 만 16세 이상 이용자를 대상으로 하는 투노그램(Toonogram) 앱 이용자의 개인정보를 존중합니다. 이 방침은 앱과 이메일 지원 과정에서 처리되는 정보, 이용 목적, 보관 및 삭제 방법을 설명합니다.

2. 앱 이용 및 기기 내 저장

앱은 회원가입이나 로그인 없이 이용할 수 있습니다. 퍼즐 진행 상황, 완성한 그림, 일일 도전 기록, 힌트 및 설정은 기기의 앱 저장 공간에 저장됩니다. 앱 자체는 이 게임 기록을 운영자의 서버에 업로드하거나 기기 간 동기화하지 않습니다. 이는 광고 SDK의 정보 처리와 구분됩니다.

앱은 게임 플레이를 위해 연락처, 카메라, 마이크 또는 정밀 위치 정보 접근을 요구하지 않습니다.

3. 광고 서비스가 처리하는 정보

모바일 앱은 Google AdMob(Google Mobile Ads SDK)을 이용해 배너 및 전면 광고를 표시합니다. 광고 서비스는 IP 주소와 이를 통한 대략적 위치, 광고 또는 기기 식별자, 앱·광고 상호작용, 오류 및 성능 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다. 목적은 광고 제공·측정, 서비스 개선 및 부정행위 방지입니다. 처리 범위는 플랫폼, SDK, 동의 및 광고 설정에 따라 달라집니다.

광고 관련 정보는 SDK를 통해 Google 및 광고 제공에 참여하는 파트너에게 전송될 수 있습니다. 따라서 앱 전체를 “개인정보를 전혀 수집하지 않는 앱”으로 설명하지 않습니다. 자세한 내용은 Google 개인정보처리방침, Android SDK 정보 처리 안내, iOS SDK 정보 처리 안내를 확인하세요.

4. 광고 동의와 선택

지역 및 광고 설정에 따라 광고 동의 화면이 제공될 수 있습니다. 광고 개인정보 옵션이 필요한 경우 앱 설정의 “광고 개인정보 설정”에서 선택을 확인하거나 변경할 수 있습니다. 기기의 개인정보·광고 설정에서도 광고 식별자나 추적 권한을 관리할 수 있습니다. 이용 가능한 항목은 운영체제에 따라 다릅니다. 광고 동의 변경이 이미 처리된 모든 정보의 즉시 삭제를 뜻하지는 않습니다.

5. 이메일 지원

지원을 요청하면 이메일 주소, 표시 이름, 문의 내용 및 이용자가 보내는 첨부파일을 문의 처리와 답변에 사용합니다. 기기 모델, 운영체제, 앱 버전 및 재현 방법은 문제 해결에 필요한 범위에서만 보내 주세요. 비밀번호, 결제 카드 정보, 신분증 등 불필요한 민감정보는 보내지 마세요. 문의하지 않아도 게임을 이용할 수 있습니다.

지원 메일은 Gmail을 통해 처리되므로 Google이 이메일 서비스 제공을 위해 해당 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다. 지원 과정에서 받은 개인정보를 광고 목적으로 판매하지 않습니다.

6. 보관 및 삭제

  • 기기 내 게임 기록: 앱 데이터가 삭제될 때까지 기기에 보관됩니다. 앱 삭제 또는 운영체제의 앱 데이터 삭제 기능으로 제거할 수 있습니다. 운영체제의 백업·복원 설정에 따라 별도 백업이 남거나 복원될 수 있습니다.
  • 지원 메일: 문의가 진행되는 동안만 보관하고, 문의 처리가 종료되면 즉시 삭제합니다. 법령에 따른 보관 의무나 진행 중인 분쟁에 필요한 경우에는 해당 사유가 종료될 때까지 필요한 범위에서 보관합니다.
  • 광고·이메일 서비스 제공자의 정보: 제공자가 정한 처리 목적, 보관 정책 및 이용자 설정에 따라 보관·삭제됩니다. 운영자가 모든 제공자 보관 기간을 직접 통제하지는 않습니다.

운영자가 관리하는 전자적 개인정보는 보관 목적이 종료되면 복구가 어렵도록 삭제합니다. 앱 삭제만으로 지원 이메일이나 광고 제공자가 보유한 정보가 함께 삭제되지는 않습니다.

7. 외부 서비스 및 국외 처리

광고 및 이메일 서비스 이용 과정에서 정보가 Google 등 제공자의 해외 서버에서 처리될 수 있습니다. 처리 지역과 보관 방식은 서비스, 설정 및 제공자의 정책에 따라 달라집니다. 제공자와 관련된 문의·삭제 방법은 해당 개인정보처리방침을 확인하거나 운영자에게 문의해 주세요.

8. 이용자의 권리 및 보호

운영자가 관리하는 개인정보의 열람, 정정, 삭제 또는 처리 정지를 위 이메일로 요청할 수 있습니다. 요청 처리에 필요한 최소한의 본인 확인을 요구할 수 있으며, 법령상 제한이 있으면 그 사유를 안내합니다. 기기 내 기록은 이용자 기기에서 관리하고, Google이 관리하는 정보는 Google의 개인정보 설정 및 요청 절차도 이용해 주세요.

운영자는 지원 정보에 대한 불필요한 접근을 제한하고 개인정보가 포함된 자료를 주의하여 관리합니다. 앱은 만 16세 미만 이용자를 대상으로 하지 않습니다. 만 16세 미만 이용자의 개인정보가 제공되었다고 판단되거나 보호자의 도움이 필요한 경우 위 이메일로 연락해 주세요.

9. 방침 변경

앱 기능이나 정보 처리 방식이 변경되면 이 페이지의 내용과 시행일을 갱신합니다. 필요한 경우 앱 또는 관련 서비스 안내를 통해 변경 사항을 알립니다.

Toonogram Privacy Policy

이태화 (Taehwa Lee, the “Operator”) respects your privacy. Toonogram is intended for users aged 16 and over. This policy describes information processed through the app and email support, its purposes, and how it is retained or deleted.

2. App use and local storage

No account or login is required. Puzzle progress, completed pictures, daily challenge records, hints, and settings are stored in the app’s storage on your device. The app itself does not upload these game records to the Operator’s server or synchronize them across devices. This is separate from information processed by the advertising SDK.

The app does not require access to your contacts, camera, microphone, or precise location for gameplay.

3. Information processed by advertising services

The mobile app uses Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads SDK) for banner and interstitial ads. Advertising services may process IP addresses and approximate location derived from them, advertising or device identifiers, app and ad interactions, and crash and performance information for ad delivery, measurement, service improvement, and fraud prevention. Processing varies by platform, SDK, consent, and ad settings.

The SDK may transmit advertising information to Google and partners involved in delivering ads. The app as a whole is therefore not described as collecting no personal information. See the Google Privacy Policy, Android SDK data disclosure, and iOS SDK data disclosure for details.

4. Advertising consent and choices

A consent form may appear depending on your region and ad settings. Where privacy options are required, use “Ad privacy settings” in the app settings to review or change your choices. You can also manage advertising identifiers or tracking permissions in your device’s privacy and advertising settings. Available controls vary by operating system. Changing consent does not mean all previously processed information is immediately deleted.

5. Email support

When you contact support, your email address, display name, message, and attachments are used to handle your request and reply. Only provide device details, operating system and app versions, and reproduction steps needed to investigate the issue. Do not send passwords, payment card details, identity documents, or unnecessary sensitive information. Contacting support is optional and is not required to play.

Support messages are handled through Gmail, so Google may process their contents to provide its email service. Personal information received through support is not sold for advertising.

6. Retention and deletion

  • Local game records remain on your device until the app data is removed. Uninstalling the app or using your operating system’s app data deletion controls can remove them. Operating system backups may retain or restore separate copies, depending on your backup settings.
  • Support messages are retained only while your request is being handled and deleted immediately when the request is closed. Where retention is required by law or necessary for an ongoing dispute, only the necessary information is retained until that reason ends.
  • Information held by advertising and email providers is retained and deleted according to their processing purposes, retention policies, and your settings. The Operator does not directly control every provider’s retention period.

Electronic personal information managed by the Operator is deleted in a manner intended to prevent recovery when its retention purpose ends. Uninstalling the app does not also delete support emails or information held by advertising providers.

7. External services and international processing

Advertising and email services may process information on overseas servers operated by Google or other providers. Processing locations and retention practices depend on the service, settings, and provider policies. Consult the relevant privacy policy or contact the Operator for help with provider-related privacy and deletion requests.

8. Your rights and protection

You may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of personal information managed by the Operator by emailing the address above. Minimal identity verification may be required to handle your request. If a legal restriction applies, the reason will be explained. Manage local records on your device and use Google’s privacy controls and request procedures for information managed by Google.

The Operator limits unnecessary access to support information and handles materials containing personal information with care. The app is not directed to users under 16. Please contact the email above if you believe personal information from a user under 16 was provided or a parent or guardian needs assistance.

9. Policy changes

This page and its effective date will be updated when app features or information handling changes. Where needed, changes will also be communicated through the app or related service notices.
