잔빛 (Janbit) 개인정보처리방침

운영자 이태화(이하 ‘운영자’)는 Android 및 iOS용 잔빛 앱의 개인정보 처리에 관해 다음과 같이 안내합니다. 본 방침은 앱에 적용되며, 이 웹사이트 자체의 쿠키 및 방문 기록 처리는 웹사이트의 별도 개인정보 안내를 따릅니다.

1. 앱 기능과 기기 내 저장

앱은 회원가입 또는 로그인을 요구하지 않습니다. 앱의 게임 코드에는 자체 분석 서비스나 진행 기록 전송 기능이 없습니다. 해금 스테이지, 완료한 스테이지, 튜토리얼 확인 여부, 스테이지 완료 횟수와 언어 설정을 기기 내 앱 저장 공간에 저장하여 진행 상태를 유지합니다. 운영자는 이 기록을 자체 서버로 전송하지 않습니다. 운영체제의 백업 기능이 활성화된 경우 백업 여부와 보관은 해당 플랫폼 설정 및 정책을 따릅니다.

게임 기능은 연락처, 사진 보관함, 카메라, 마이크 또는 정밀 위치정보 접근을 요구하지 않습니다. 다만 광고 서비스는 아래와 같이 네트워크 정보와 기기 관련 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다.

2. 광고 서비스가 처리하는 정보

앱에는 Google AdMob(Google Mobile Ads SDK)과 광고 동의를 위한 Google User Messaging Platform(UMP)이 포함됩니다. 광고 서비스는 광고 제공·성과 측정·진단·부정행위 방지 및 동의 선택 적용을 위해 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다.

현재 iOS 앱은 IDFA 접근을 위한 ATT 추적 권한 요청을 사용하지 않으며, 광고 SDK의 publisher first-party ID 기능도 비활성화되어 있습니다. 이 설정이 광고 관련 데이터 처리 전체를 없애는 것은 아닙니다. 실제 수집 항목과 광고 방식은 플랫폼, SDK 버전, 기기 설정, 지역 및 동의 선택에 따라 달라집니다.

광고 관련 정보는 Google 및 해당 광고 서비스에 참여하는 제공자에게 전송·처리될 수 있으며, 운영자가 수집하는 문의 정보와 구분됩니다. Google의 처리 방식은 Google 개인정보처리방침 및 Google 서비스를 사용하는 앱의 정보 처리 안내를 참고하세요. SDK 데이터 유형 안내: Android, iOS.

3. 문의 시 제공하는 정보

지원 또는 개인정보 문의를 보내면 이메일 주소, 문의 내용, 자발적으로 첨부한 기기·앱 버전 정보와 스크린샷을 문의 답변 및 문제 해결을 위해 처리합니다. 문의에 필요한 최소한의 정보만 보내주세요. 해당 정보는 목적에 필요한 기간만 보관한 뒤 삭제하며, 법령에 따라 보관이 필요한 경우 그 기간 동안 보관합니다. 문의 기록은 처리 완료일부터 90일 이내에 삭제합니다. 법령에 따른 보관이나 분쟁 처리를 위해 추가 보관이 필요한 경우에는 해당 목적과 필요한 기간으로 보관을 제한합니다. 문의 이메일은 Gmail을 통해 수신·관리되며, 이메일 제공자인 Google이 메일 서비스 제공을 위해 정보를 처리합니다.

4. 동의와 선택

지역 및 광고 서비스 설정에 따라 앱 실행 시 광고 관련 동의 화면이 제공될 수 있습니다. 제공 가능한 화면은 설정의 ‘광고 개인정보 설정’에서 다시 열 수 있습니다. 필요한 지역에서는 전용 개인정보 옵션 화면에서 광고 선택을 변경할 수 있으며, 변경 또는 철회 방법에 문제가 있으면 개인정보 문의 이메일로 연락하세요.

Android의 광고 개인정보 설정에서 광고 ID를 재설정하거나 삭제할 수 있습니다. 메뉴 위치와 제공되는 기능은 운영체제 버전에 따라 다릅니다. 광고 식별자 제한이 모든 광고 또는 데이터 처리를 중단하는 것은 아닙니다.

5. 보유와 삭제

기기 내 진행 기록과 설정은 앱 데이터를 유지하는 동안 저장됩니다. Android에서는 운영체제의 앱 데이터 삭제 기능 또는 앱 삭제를, iOS에서는 앱 삭제 기능을 이용할 수 있습니다. iOS의 ‘앱 정리하기’는 데이터를 남길 수 있습니다. 운영체제 백업에 남은 데이터는 해당 백업 설정에서 관리해야 합니다. 앱에 계정이 없으므로 별도의 앱 계정 삭제 절차는 없습니다.

광고 제공자가 처리하는 정보의 보유 기간 및 삭제는 해당 제공자의 정책과 이용자의 설정에 따릅니다. 앱 삭제만으로 이미 광고 제공자에게 전송된 정보가 삭제되는 것은 아닙니다. 관련 문의는 운영자 또는 Google의 개인정보 안내에 있는 경로로 요청할 수 있습니다.

6. 이용자의 권리와 문의

적용되는 법령에 따라 개인정보 열람, 정정, 삭제, 처리 제한 또는 동의 철회를 요청할 수 있습니다. alghost.lee@gmail.com로 문의하면 처리 주체와 요청 범위를 확인하여 답변합니다. 기기 내 데이터는 이용자가 직접 삭제할 수 있으며, 광고 제공자가 관리하는 데이터의 경우 해당 제공자의 요청 경로를 안내할 수 있습니다.

7. 이용 연령 및 미성년자 보호

잔빛은 16세 이상 이용자를 대상으로 제공하는 퍼즐 게임이며 16세 미만을 대상으로 설계하거나 홍보하지 않습니다. 앱은 생년월일을 입력받거나 이용자의 나이를 직접 확인하는 기능을 제공하지 않습니다. 스토어의 연령등급과 보호자 통제 기능을 확인해 주세요. 연령등급은 광고 데이터 처리에 대한 동의를 대신하지 않습니다.

광고 콘텐츠 등급은 AdMob의 G로 제한합니다. 16세 미만 이용자가 문의를 통해 개인정보를 제공한 사실을 알게 된 경우, 해당 정보를 지원 목적에 필요한 범위에서만 처리하고 법령상 보관이 필요한 경우를 제외하고 삭제합니다. 보호자는 alghost.lee@gmail.com으로 문의하거나 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다. 대상 연령을 변경하는 경우 필요한 광고·개인정보 보호 조치를 먼저 적용합니다.

8. 국외 처리와 보호 조치

Google 광고 서비스의 정보는 이용자 거주 국가 외의 서버에서 처리될 수 있습니다. 관련 처리 및 보호 방식은 Google 개인정보처리방침을 참고하세요. 광고 및 이메일 서비스를 통해 Google LLC(미국) 및 Google의 서비스 제공 법인이 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다. 처리 국가와 시설, 보유 기준 및 보호 조치는 Google 개인정보처리방침에 안내된 서비스 운영에 따릅니다. 광고 관련 전송은 광고 서비스 이용 과정에서 이루어지며, 광고 선택 변경 또는 문의 정보 삭제 요청은 위 연락처로 접수합니다. 운영자는 문의 정보에 대한 접근을 필요한 범위로 제한하고 목적이 끝난 정보는 삭제합니다.

처리 근거

동의가 요구되는 광고 관련 처리는 이용자의 동의에 근거합니다. 문의 대응은 이용자가 요청한 지원 제공 및 문제 해결을 위한 정당한 이익에 근거하며, 법령상 의무가 있는 처리는 해당 의무 이행에 근거합니다. 각 근거는 적용 법령에 따라 적용됩니다.

9. 방침 변경

앱 기능, 광고 서비스 또는 처리 방식이 바뀌면 이 페이지를 수정하고 시행일과 수정일을 안내합니다. 적용 법령상 별도의 안내 또는 동의가 필요한 변경은 그 절차를 따릅니다.

Janbit Privacy Policy

이태화 (Taehwa Lee, the ‘Operator’) explains how information is handled in the Janbit Android and iOS apps below. This policy applies to the app. Cookies and visitor information on this website are covered by the website’s separate privacy notice.

1. App features and local storage

The app does not require registration or login. Its game code contains no separate analytics service or feature that transmits your progress. Unlocked stages, completed stages, tutorial status, stage completion count, and language settings are stored in the app’s local storage to preserve your progress. The Operator does not transmit this information to its own server. If operating system backups are enabled, backup and storage are subject to the platform’s settings and policies.

Game features do not require access to contacts, your photo library, camera, microphone, or precise location. However, advertising services may process network and device information as described below.

2. Information processed by advertising services

The app includes Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads SDK) and Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) for advertising consent. These services may process information to deliver ads, measure performance, diagnose issues, prevent fraud, and apply consent choices.

The current iOS app does not request App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permission to access IDFA, and the advertising SDK’s publisher first-party ID feature is disabled. These settings do not eliminate all advertising-related data processing. The actual information processed and advertising behavior depend on the platform, SDK version, device settings, region, and consent choices.

Advertising information may be transmitted to and processed by Google and providers participating in the advertising service. This is separate from support information received by the Operator. 3. Information you provide when contacting us

If you send a support or privacy inquiry, your email address, inquiry content, and any device information, app version information, or screenshots you voluntarily attach are processed to respond and resolve the issue. Please send only the information needed. The information is retained only as long as necessary for this purpose and then deleted, unless applicable law requires retention for a specific period. Support inquiry records are deleted within 90 days after the inquiry is resolved. If additional retention is necessary to comply with law or handle a dispute, retention is limited to that purpose and the necessary period. Inquiries are received and managed through Gmail; Google processes information to provide the email service.

4. Consent and choices

An advertising consent form may be provided when the app starts, depending on your region and advertising service settings. An available form can be reopened using the advertising privacy settings option in Settings (labelled ‘광고 개인정보 설정’ in Korean). You can review and change the choices offered by the form. If you have difficulty changing or withdrawing your choices, contact the privacy email address.

You can reset or delete your advertising ID through Android’s advertising privacy settings. Menu locations and available features vary by operating system version. Restricting advertising identifiers does not stop all advertising or data processing.

5. Retention and deletion

Local progress and settings remain stored while you retain the app’s data. On Android, you can clear app data or delete the app. On iOS, you can delete the app; ‘Offload App’ may keep its data. Data retained in operating system backups must be managed through the relevant backup settings. There is no app account, so there is no separate app account deletion procedure.

Retention and deletion of information processed by advertising providers are governed by their policies and your settings. Deleting the app does not by itself delete information already transmitted to an advertising provider. You can contact the Operator or use the contact channels in Google’s privacy information for related requests.

6. Your rights and privacy inquiries

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, or withdrawal of consent. Contact alghost.lee@gmail.com, and we will identify the relevant processing party and scope of the request and respond. You can delete local device data yourself. For information managed by an advertising provider, we may direct you to that provider’s request channels.

7. Age requirements and protection of minors

Janbit is intended for users aged 16 and older and is not designed or marketed to users under 16. The app does not ask for a date of birth or directly verify users’ ages. Please review the store age rating and parental control settings. An age rating does not replace consent for advertising data processing.

Ad content is limited to AdMob rating G. If we learn that a user under 16 has provided personal information through an inquiry, we will process it only as necessary to handle the inquiry and delete it unless retention is required by law. Parents or guardians may contact alghost.lee@gmail.com with questions or deletion requests. If the intended age group changes, required advertising and privacy safeguards will be applied first.

8. International processing and safeguards

Information handled by Google’s advertising services may be processed on servers outside your country of residence. See Google’s Privacy Policy for information about its processing and safeguards. Google LLC (United States) and Google service entities may process information through advertising and email services. Processing locations, facilities, retention criteria, and safeguards depend on the service operations described in Google’s Privacy Policy. Advertising transmissions occur when using the advertising service. Contact the address above to request changes to advertising choices or deletion of inquiry information. The Operator limits access to support information to what is necessary and deletes information when its purpose has ended.

Legal bases

Advertising processing that requires consent relies on your consent. Support inquiries are handled to provide the assistance you request and on legitimate interests in resolving issues. Processing required by law relies on the relevant legal obligation. These bases apply as appropriate under applicable law.

9. Changes to this policy

If app features, advertising services, or processing practices change, we will update this page and indicate the effective date and revision date. Changes requiring separate notice or consent under applicable law will follow those procedures.
