에볼윙 (Evolwing) 개인정보처리방침
운영자 이태화는 에볼윙(com.alghost.evolwing)의 개인정보 처리에 관해 안내합니다. 이 방침은 현재 Android 비공개 테스트 버전에 적용됩니다. 이 웹사이트의 쿠키와 방문 기록은 웹사이트의 별도 개인정보 안내를 따릅니다.

1. 게임 진행과 기기 내 저장
현재 테스트 버전은 게스트로 이용하며 회원가입, 소셜 로그인 및 클라우드 백업을 제공하지 않습니다. 게임 진행, 닉네임, 기체·장비·재화, 보상 수령 상태, 전투 기록과 언어·소리 등의 설정은 앱의 기기 내 저장 공간에 보관됩니다. 운영자의 계정 서버로 이 진행 기록을 전송하지 않습니다. 앱 삭제나 데이터 초기화 시 기록을 복원하지 못할 수 있습니다. 운영체제 백업이 제공되는 경우 해당 플랫폼의 설정과 정책이 적용됩니다.
연락처, 사진 보관함, 카메라, 마이크, 정밀 위치정보 접근은 요구하지 않습니다. 현재 현금 결제 기능은 비활성화되어 있으며 운영자는 카드번호나 결제수단 정보를 수집하지 않습니다. 계정·백업·결제를 제공하는 경우 실제 처리 내용에 맞게 이 방침과 스토어 안내를 먼저 변경합니다.
2. 광고와 동의 정보
앱은 선택형 보상 광고를 위한 Google AdMob(Google Mobile Ads SDK)과 동의 관리를 위한 Google User Messaging Platform(UMP)을 사용합니다. 광고 서비스는 광고 제공, 이용·성과 분석, 오류 진단 및 부정행위 방지를 위해 다음 정보를 수집·공유할 수 있습니다.
- IP 주소와 이를 통해 추정되는 대략적인 위치
- 광고 ID, 앱 세트 ID 등 기기·앱·계정 관련 식별자
- 앱 실행, 광고 노출·클릭·영상 시청 등 상호작용
- 비정상 종료, 실행 시간, 응답 지연 등 진단·성능 정보
- 동의 선택과 상태 관리 정보
광고를 시청하지 않아도 SDK 초기화·동의 처리 과정에서 정보가 처리될 수 있습니다. 실제 항목은 플랫폼, SDK, 지역과 동의·기기 설정에 따라 달라집니다. 지역에 따라 동의 화면이 제공되며, 제공 대상인 경우 앱 설정의 ‘광고 개인정보 설정’에서 선택을 변경할 수 있습니다. Android의 광고 개인정보 설정에서 광고 ID를 재설정하거나 삭제할 수도 있습니다. 식별자 제한만으로 모든 정보 처리가 중단되지는 않습니다.

3. 서버 시각 확인
일일 보상 등 시간에 따른 게임 기능을 위해 Cloudflare의 HTTPS 서비스에 접속해 서버 시각을 확인합니다. 이 과정에서 Cloudflare는 통신에 필요한 IP 주소와 요청 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다. 앱은 이 요청에 게임 진행 기록, 닉네임이나 계정 정보를 첨부하지 않습니다. 게임에는 별도의 자체 행동 분석 서비스를 연결하지 않았습니다. Cloudflare 개인정보처리방침을 참고하세요.
4. 고객지원과 처리 목적
문의 시 이메일 주소, 문의 내용 및 자발적으로 첨부한 앱·기기 정보와 스크린샷을 답변, 오류 해결 및 개인정보 요청 처리에 사용합니다. 비밀번호, 인증코드, 카드번호는 보내지 마세요. Gmail을 통해 문의를 수신·관리하므로 Google이 이메일 서비스 제공을 위해 정보를 처리합니다. 문의 기록은 처리 완료일부터 90일 이내에 삭제합니다. 법령상 의무나 분쟁 처리 때문에 더 보관해야 하는 경우 해당 목적과 필요한 기간으로 제한하고 요청자에게 안내합니다.
5. 데이터 삭제 요청
앱을 설치하지 않은 상태에서도 위 이메일로 제목에 ‘에볼윙 데이터 삭제 요청’을 적어 접수할 수 있습니다. 삭제할 문의 메일이나 데이터 범위와 회신 이메일을 알려주세요. 운영자가 보유한 문의 이메일·내용·첨부파일을 확인하고, 필요한 최소한의 본인 확인을 거쳐 삭제 결과 또는 보관이 필요한 사유를 회신합니다.
기기 내 진행과 설정은 Android 설정의 앱 데이터 삭제 또는 앱 삭제로 지울 수 있습니다. 운영체제 백업은 해당 백업 설정에서 별도로 관리하세요. 현재 테스트 버전은 앱 계정을 만들지 않으므로 별도의 계정 삭제 대상은 없습니다. 광고·네트워크 제공자가 처리하는 정보는 각 제공자의 보유·삭제 정책을 따르며 앱 삭제만으로 이미 전송된 정보가 삭제되지는 않습니다. 운영자가 직접 삭제할 수 없는 정보는 해당 제공자의 권리 행사 경로를 안내합니다.
6. 권리와 처리 근거
적용 법령에 따라 열람, 정정, 삭제, 처리 제한 및 동의 철회를 위 담당자에게 요청할 수 있습니다. 동의가 필요한 광고 처리는 동의를 근거로, 요청한 지원은 지원 제공 및 문제 해결을 위해, 법령상 의무 이행은 해당 의무를 근거로 처리합니다. 적용 근거와 필요한 절차는 관할 법령에 따릅니다.
7. 이용 연령
에볼윙은 18세 이상을 대상으로 제공하며 18세 미만을 대상으로 설계하거나 홍보하지 않습니다. 앱은 생년월일을 수집하거나 나이를 직접 확인하지 않습니다. 서비스 대상 연령과 스토어 콘텐츠 등급은 별개이며 등급은 개인정보 동의를 대신하지 않습니다. 미성년자가 문의를 통해 정보를 제공한 사실을 알게 된 경우 지원에 필요한 범위로 처리를 제한하고 법령상 보관 사유가 없으면 삭제합니다. 보호자는 위 이메일로 문의할 수 있습니다.
8. 외부 제공자·국외 처리·보호 조치
Google LLC(미국) 및 관련 서비스 법인은 광고·동의·이메일 서비스를, Cloudflare, Inc.(미국)는 네트워크 및 시각 확인 서비스를 제공합니다. 관련 정보는 서비스를 사용하는 시점에 네트워크로 전송되며 거주국 밖의 서버에서 처리될 수 있습니다. 처리 국가, 시설 및 제공자 보유 기준은 위 각 개인정보처리방침의 서비스 운영 안내를 따릅니다. 운영자는 제공자의 모든 보유 정보를 직접 관리하지 않습니다. 광고 선택 변경, 광고 ID 제한 또는 문의 삭제 요청 방법은 위와 같으며 네트워크 연결을 차단하면 광고 및 서버 시각이 필요한 기능이 제한될 수 있습니다.
앱의 외부 통신에는 HTTPS를 사용합니다. 문의 정보는 필요한 범위로 접근을 제한하고 목적이 끝나면 삭제합니다.
9. 변경과 지원

Evolwing Privacy Policy

Effective and updated: October 27, 2026. This policy covers the current Android closed-test version of Evolwing (com.alghost.evolwing). This website’s own cookies and visitor logs are covered separately.
Local progress and current features
The test version uses guest play. Account registration, social sign-in, cloud backups and real-money purchases are not enabled. Progress, nickname, equipment, virtual resources, reward status, battle records and settings remain in app storage and are not uploaded to an Operator account server. Clearing app data may permanently remove progress. Operating-system backups, if available, follow platform settings. The app does not request contacts, photos, camera, microphone or precise location access. We will update this policy and store disclosures before enabling account, backup or payment services.
Advertising and network services
Google AdMob and UMP provide rewarded advertising and consent management. Google may collect and share IP addresses and approximate location, device/app/account identifiers, app and ad interactions, crash reports and performance diagnostics, and consent information for advertising, analytics and fraud prevention. Processing may occur during SDK initialization or consent handling even without watching an ad. Actual processing depends on region, SDK and device/consent settings. Where available, use Advertising privacy settings in the app to review choices; Android settings also offer advertising ID controls. Restricting identifiers does not stop all processing.
The app contacts Cloudflare over HTTPS to check server time for time-dependent features. Cloudflare receives the IP address and request information needed for this connection; the request does not include game progress, nickname or account details. No separate first-party behavioral analytics service is connected.

Support, retention and deletion
Support email addresses, messages and voluntarily supplied screenshots or device/app details are used to answer requests and resolve problems through Gmail. Routine inquiry records are deleted within 90 days after resolution. If law or a dispute requires longer retention, we limit it to the necessary purpose and period and explain it to the requester. Do not send passwords, verification codes or payment details.
Request Evolwing data deletion, even without the app installed. Identify the support records or data concerned and a reply address. We use only necessary identity checks and reply with the outcome or the reason for required retention. Clear Android app data or uninstall to remove local progress; manage OS backups separately. This test version creates no app account. Uninstalling does not delete data already held by advertising/network providers; their retention and deletion policies apply, and we can direct you to their request channels.
Rights, age and international processing
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or withdrawal of consent under applicable law. Processing uses consent where required, provision of requested support and problem resolution, or applicable legal obligations. Evolwing is intended for adults aged 18 and older, not designed or marketed to minors. It does not collect birth dates or directly verify age. Store content ratings are separate and do not replace privacy consent. Parents can contact us about information supplied by a minor; we limit processing to necessary support and delete it unless legally required.
Google LLC and related entities (advertising, consent and email) and Cloudflare, Inc. (network/time service), both based in the United States, may process information outside your country when services are used. Processing locations and retention follow their linked policies. The Operator cannot directly delete all provider-held information. Network blocking can limit ads and time-dependent features. App communications use HTTPS, and access to support records is limited to what is necessary.
