1. 목적과 적용 범위

이 약관은 MUTA Android 게임(com.alghost.muta)의 제공과 이용에 관한 기본 조건을 안내합니다. 현재 비공개 테스트 버전에 적용되며, 관련 법령에 따른 이용자의 권리를 제한하지 않습니다.

2. 게임과 이용 대상

MUTA는 연구소의 가디언즈를 성장시키고 장비와 연구를 조합하여 탈출 실험체를 회수하는 액션 디펜스 게임입니다. 이용 대상은 13세 이상입니다. 미성년자는 필요한 경우 법정대리인의 동의를 받아 이용해야 하며, 스토어의 콘텐츠 등급과 보호자 통제 설정을 확인해야 합니다.

3. 이용 환경과 저장

회원가입·로그인 없이 이용할 수 있습니다. 날짜 및 시간에 따른 보상을 검증하기 위해 인터넷 연결과 기기의 자동 날짜·시간 설정이 필요합니다. 시간 확인에 실패하면 게임 이용이 제한될 수 있습니다. 지원 기기·운영체제와 앱 업데이트 정보는 스토어 등록정보를 따릅니다.

진행 기록과 재화·장비는 기기에 저장됩니다. 현재 계정 기반 백업, 기기 간 이전 및 동기화는 제공하지 않습니다. 앱 데이터 삭제·앱 삭제·기기 분실·교체 시 기록이 사라질 수 있습니다. 문제 해결을 위해 삭제하거나 재설치하기 전에 문의해 주세요. 이 안내는 운영자의 고의·과실에 관한 법적 책임을 면제하는 의미가 아닙니다.

4. 테스트와 서비스 변경

비공개 테스트에는 오류나 미완성 기능이 있을 수 있습니다. 안정성과 게임 균형을 위해 기능·난이도·보상·콘텐츠가 조정될 수 있습니다. 진행 기록 초기화나 서비스 종료 등 이용에 중대한 영향을 주는 변경은 가능한 범위에서 미리 안내하며, 법령이 정한 절차가 있으면 따릅니다. 테스트 참여는 정식 출시일이나 영구적인 서비스 제공을 보장하지 않습니다.

5. 재화와 출시 예정 상품

현재 버전은 무료이며 실제 현금 결제·구독·광고 기능을 제공하지 않습니다. ‘출시 예정’ 상품과 가격은 미리보기이며 구매할 수 없습니다. 게임 플레이로 얻는 코인·별빛·아이템은 게임 안에서만 사용하며 현금 환전·외부 거래 기능이 없습니다. 상자 등 일부 보상은 게임 내 안내된 확률에 따라 달라질 수 있습니다. 유료 기능을 추가할 경우 가격, 제공 내용, 미성년자 이용, 청약철회·환불 및 스토어 결제 정책을 적용 전에 별도로 안내합니다.

6. 이용 시 준수 사항

버그 악용, 비정상 프로그램이나 데이터 변조를 통한 부당한 이익 획득, 서비스 방해, 타인의 권리 침해 및 법령 위반 행위를 해서는 안 됩니다. 운영자는 확인된 위반에 대해 필요한 범위에서 이용을 제한할 수 있으며, 사유와 이의 제기 방법을 안내합니다. 이용자는 문의 이메일로 오류 신고나 이의를 제기할 수 있습니다.

오류 문의 시 앱 버전, 기기 모델, 운영체제, 발생 화면과 재현 순서를 알려 주세요. 불필요한 개인정보는 가리고 비밀번호·결제정보는 보내지 마세요. 운영자는 문의와 불만을 확인하고 합리적인 범위에서 답변합니다. 당사자의 책임과 분쟁 해결은 대한민국 법령 및 이용자에게 적용되는 강행적 소비자 보호 법령에 따릅니다. 관할은 관련 법령이 정하는 바에 따릅니다.

약관을 변경하면 변경 내용과 시행일을 이 페이지 또는 앱·스토어 안내를 통해 알립니다. 이용자에게 불리하거나 중요한 변경은 충분한 사전 안내와 법령상 필요한 동의 절차를 따릅니다.

Scope and eligibility

These terms cover the current closed-test Android game MUTA (com.alghost.muta), an action defense game about growing guardians and recovering escaped laboratory creatures. The intended audience is ages 13 and older. Minors should obtain guardian consent where required and follow store ratings and parental controls. These terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights.

Access and progress

No registration or login is required. An internet connection and automatic device date/time are needed to verify time-based rewards; failed time verification may prevent play. Progress, currency and equipment are stored on your device. There is no account-based backup or cross-device transfer. Clearing data, uninstalling, losing or replacing a device may erase progress. Contact support before reinstalling to troubleshoot. This notice does not exclude liability for the Operator’s fault under applicable law.

Closed testing and virtual items

The test may contain errors and unfinished features. Features, balance, difficulty and rewards may change. Material changes such as a progress reset or service closure will be announced in advance where practicable and as required by law. Testing does not guarantee a launch date or perpetual availability. The current build is free and has no real-money purchases, subscriptions or advertising. Coming-soon products and prices are previews only. Earned virtual currency and items are used only in the game, with no cash redemption or external trading. Some rewards depend on probabilities shown in game. Any future paid services will receive separate pricing, payment and refund information before introduction.

Conduct, rights and privacy

Do not exploit bugs, alter data or use unauthorized software for unfair benefits, disrupt the service or violate others’ rights or law. Confirmed violations may lead to proportionate restrictions with an explanation and a contact route to appeal. App code, art, music and other content belong to the Operator or their lawful rights holders. You receive the right to use the game personally, not to reproduce, redistribute or sell protected content except as permitted by law. See the MUTA Privacy Policy for data handling and deletion.

Support, disputes and updates

Send your app version, device/OS, affected screen and reproduction steps to the contact above. Hide unnecessary personal details and never send passwords or payment information. We review inquiries and respond within a reasonable scope. Korean law and any mandatory consumer protection rules applicable to you govern rights and responsibilities; jurisdiction follows applicable law. Changes to these terms will identify their effective date through this page, the app or store notices. Important or adverse changes receive appropriate advance notice and any legally required consent.
