MUTA 개인정보처리방침

운영자 이태화(해피스트 / Alghost)는 MUTA Android 앱(com.alghost.muta)의 개인정보 처리 방식을 안내합니다. 이 방침은 현재 비공개 테스트 버전에 적용됩니다. 웹사이트 자체의 쿠키와 방문 기록은 웹사이트의 별도 안내를 따릅니다.

1. 회원가입과 기기 내 저장

MUTA는 회원가입이나 로그인을 요구하지 않습니다. 수호대 이름, 게임 진행, 보유 재화·장비·연구·의상, 출석·미션 및 설정을 기기 내 앱 저장 공간에 보관하여 게임을 제공합니다. 현재 앱은 계정 기반 클라우드 저장이나 기기 간 동기화를 제공하지 않습니다. 운영체제 백업이 활성화된 경우 백업 처리는 해당 플랫폼의 설정과 정책을 따릅니다.

2. 플레이 기록과 이용자의 선택

방문 날짜, 플레이 시간, 튜토리얼 진행과 전투 결과, 설치별 무작위 식별자를 기기에 저장합니다. 이는 게임 이용 흐름을 확인하기 위한 기록이며 이름·이메일·광고 ID를 포함하지 않습니다. 설정의 ‘이 기기에 기록’을 끄면 새로운 기록 수집이 중지됩니다. ‘플레이 기록 삭제’를 누르면 해당 기록을 지우고 수집과 공유를 끕니다. 게임 진행과 보유 재화는 유지됩니다.

현재 비공개 테스트 버전의 ‘개선용 기록 공유’는 비활성 상태이며, 플레이 기록을 운영자 서버로 전송하지 않습니다. 공유 기능을 제공할 때에는 처리 항목, 목적, 수신자 및 보유 기간을 안내하고 필요한 동의 절차를 먼저 적용합니다.

3. 인터넷 시간 확인

날짜 변경에 따른 보상 오류와 부정 이용을 방지하기 위해 앱 실행·복귀 시와 이용 중에 Cloudflare의 HTTPS 서비스(www.cloudflare.com/cdn-cgi/trace)에 접속하여 시간을 확인합니다. 이 접속 과정에서 Cloudflare에 IP 주소, 접속 시각, 요청 헤더 등 네트워크 정보와 매 요청마다 새로 생성하는 임시 난수가 전달됩니다. Cloudflare는 IP에 따른 국가 등 대략적인 네트워크 위치 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다. 앱은 응답의 시간 값만 사용하고 IP·위치 값을 게임 기록으로 저장하지 않으며, 게임 진행·수호대 이름·플레이 기록의 설치 ID를 시간 요청에 첨부하지 않습니다.

시간 확인은 게임 기능과 부정 이용 방지를 위해 필요하며, 인터넷이 없거나 확인에 실패하면 게임 진입이 제한될 수 있습니다. Cloudflare의 네트워크 정보 처리·보유·권리 행사 방법은 Cloudflare 개인정보처리방침을 따릅니다. 운영자가 Cloudflare의 접속 기록 보유 기간을 직접 정하거나 삭제할 수는 없습니다.

4. 권한, 광고 및 결제

알림은 이용자가 활성화하고 기기에서 허용한 경우 기기 안에서 예약합니다. 현재 원격 푸시 토큰을 수집하지 않습니다. 설정이나 Android 앱 알림 설정에서 끌 수 있습니다. 진동은 전투 피드백에 사용합니다. 연락처, 사진, 카메라, 마이크, GPS 위치 권한을 요구하지 않습니다.

현재 버전에는 광고 SDK, 현금 인앱결제, 구독 기능이 연결되어 있지 않습니다. 보급 화면의 출시 예정 상품과 가격 표시는 결제 기능이 아니며 실제 과금하지 않습니다. 광고·결제를 추가하면 적용 전에 관련 안내를 변경합니다.

5. 문의 정보와 보유 기간

이메일 문의 시 이메일 주소, 문의 내용과 자발적으로 제공한 기기·앱 버전·스크린샷을 답변과 문제 해결을 위해 처리합니다. 비밀번호나 결제정보를 보내지 말고, 첨부 화면의 불필요한 개인정보는 가려 주세요. 문의는 Gmail로 수신·관리하며 Google이 이메일 서비스 제공을 위해 처리합니다. 문의 기록은 처리 완료일부터 90일 이내에 삭제합니다. 법령 또는 분쟁 처리상 추가 보관이 필요한 경우에는 해당 목적과 필요한 기간으로 제한합니다.

6. 삭제 및 개인정보 권리

기기 내 게임 데이터는 Android 설정의 앱 데이터 삭제 또는 앱 삭제로 제거할 수 있습니다. 진행 기록이 사라지며 앱 자체 복구·이전 기능은 없습니다. 운영체제 백업은 해당 백업 설정에서 별도로 관리해 주세요. 플레이 기록만 삭제하려면 게임 설정의 ‘플레이 기록 삭제’를 사용하세요.

운영자가 받은 문의 정보에 대한 열람·정정·삭제·처리 제한 요청은 alghost.lee@gmail.com으로 보내 주세요. 제목에 ‘MUTA 데이터 삭제 요청’을 적고 대상 문의나 범위를 알려 주시면 확인 후 처리합니다. 앱 계정이 없으므로 별도의 계정 삭제 절차는 없습니다. Cloudflare 또는 Google이 관리하는 정보는 해당 제공자의 권리 행사 경로를 안내합니다.

7. 이용 연령

MUTA는 13세 이상 이용자를 대상으로 하며 13세 미만을 대상으로 설계하거나 홍보하지 않습니다. 생년월일을 입력받거나 나이를 직접 확인하지 않습니다. 스토어 콘텐츠 등급과 보호자 통제 설정을 함께 확인해 주세요. 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보를 동의에 근거하여 처리해야 하는 경우 법정대리인의 동의 등 필요한 절차를 적용합니다. 보호자는 문의 또는 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다.

8. 외부 처리와 보호 조치

시간 확인 과정에서 Cloudflare, Inc.(미국 및 서비스 운영 지역), 문의 이메일 이용 시 Google LLC 및 관련 서비스 법인(미국 등)이 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다. 국외 처리 위치·보유 기준은 각 서비스 정책에 따릅니다. Google 개인정보처리방침과 위 Cloudflare 정책을 참고해 주세요. 앱의 시간 통신은 HTTPS를 사용하며, 운영자는 문의 정보 접근을 필요한 범위로 제한하고 처리 목적이 끝난 정보를 삭제합니다. 게임 제공에 필요한 처리, 이용자가 요청한 문의 대응, 법령상 의무 및 필요한 동의 등 적용 법령에 맞는 근거로 처리합니다.

9. 변경 및 문의

기능이나 처리 방식이 바뀌면 이 페이지의 시행일과 수정일을 갱신하고, 별도 안내·동의가 필요한 경우 그 절차를 따릅니다. 이용 조건은 MUTA 이용약관에서 확인할 수 있습니다.

MUTA Privacy Policy

Local data and choices

No registration or login is required. Your team name, progress, currency, equipment, research, costumes, attendance, missions and settings are stored on your device. There is no account-based cloud save or cross-device sync. OS backups follow platform settings. Visit dates, play duration, tutorial and battle outcomes and a random installation ID are also stored locally. Turn off ‘이 기기에 기록’ (record on this device) to stop new play records. ‘플레이 기록 삭제’ (delete play records) removes these records and turns recording and sharing off without deleting game progress. Sharing is unavailable in this closed-test build; play records are not uploaded to the Operator.

Network time verification

At launch, resume and periodically during use, the app contacts Cloudflare over HTTPS at www.cloudflare.com/cdn-cgi/trace to verify time and prevent timed-reward errors and abuse. Cloudflare receives your IP address, request time, request headers and a new temporary random value for each request, and may process approximate network location such as country derived from IP. The app uses only the returned time, does not store the returned IP or location in game records, and does not attach game progress, your team name or the play-record installation ID. This connection is required; failed verification can block play. Cloudflare controls its network-log retention and rights procedures. See the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.

Permissions, ads and purchases

Notifications are scheduled locally only if enabled and permitted. No remote push token is collected. You can disable notifications in game or Android settings. Vibration provides gameplay feedback. The app does not request contacts, photos, camera, microphone or GPS permissions. The current build has no connected advertising SDK, real-money in-app purchases or subscriptions. Coming-soon product previews do not charge money.

Support, deletion and rights

If you email us, we process your email address, message and voluntarily supplied app/device details or screenshots to respond. Gmail/Google provides the email service. Send only necessary information and do not send passwords or payment details. Routine inquiry records are deleted within 90 days after resolution, except where law or a dispute requires limited further retention. Clear Android app data or uninstall to remove local game data; progress cannot be restored through an app account. Manage OS backups separately. Use the in-game delete-play-records control to preserve progress while removing play records.

For access, correction, deletion or restriction requests, email the contact above with “MUTA data deletion” and identify the relevant inquiry or data. There is no app account to delete. For data controlled by Cloudflare or Google, we will direct you to their request channels.

Age, international processing and changes

MUTA is intended for ages 13 and older and is not designed or marketed to children under 13. It does not directly verify age. Review store ratings and parental controls. Where consent-based processing of a child under 14 requires guardian consent under applicable law, the required process applies. Guardians may request help or deletion.

Cloudflare, Inc. and Google LLC or their service entities may process network/support information in the United States and other service regions. Their policies describe processing and retention. See Google’s Privacy Policy and the Cloudflare policy above. App time requests use HTTPS; access to support information is limited. We process information as necessary to provide the game, respond to requested support, comply with law and obtain consent where required.
